Jae Co. Service Agreement

This agreement confirms that you agree with the Price Quote/Estimate and that all services provided by Jae Co. are billed through our Invoicing system.

Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay half down before work starts and the remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of the project. If the project goes over price quote or under this will be adjust then. If something during the project arises that will result in $250 (or larger) increase from the original price quote it will be openly discussed prior with client.

Ownership & Usage

Client will own all final deliverables once payment is made in full. Designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details confidential and not disclose any proprietary information without prior written consent.

Cancellation / Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Client agrees to pay for all hours worked up to the date of cancellation. Deposits, if paid, are non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

Designer is not liable for third-party delays, printing errors, or supplier issues beyond their direct control.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
