Hey, I'm Jill! The woman behind Jae Co. Services.

I'm a serial entrepreneur, creative director, mom of five, lifelong horse girl, and someone who has never been particularly good at doing just one thing. I've built businesses, raised babies, taught horseback riding lessons, worked behind the camera, designed brands, created websites, managed marketing, and probably started more projects than I care to admit. My path hasn't exactly been a straight line. But looking back, all those different experiences have one thing in common: I've always loved building something out of an idea.

And that's really where Jae Co. Services comes from.

I'VE BEEN AN ENTREPRENEUR LONG BEFORE I HAD A FANCY TITLE FOR IT

I've always been creative, independent, and a little determined to figure things out for myself.

One of my biggest adventures was owning and operating a horseback riding academy in Minnesota.What started as a passion for horses grew into a busy business offering more than 100 riding lessons a week. And while teaching people to ride was a huge part of it, owning that business taught me a whole lot more than horsemanship.

I was responsible for the marketing, customer relationships, scheduling, events, operations, branding, and all the little details that nobody sees when they look at a business from the outside. I learned how to attract customers, build a community, create experiences people wanted to be part of, and keep a whole lot of moving pieces moving. Some days I was teaching lessons. Other days I was creating promotional materials, coordinating events, answering messages, or solving whatever problem happened to land in my lap.

Usually with a little horse hair on my clothes.

And I loved building it.

CREATIVITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN PART OF THE EQUATION

My experience isn't limited to one industry, and I actually think that's one of my biggest strengths.

Over the years, I've worked with construction and trades businesses, real estate, apparel, events, pet brands, and more. I've spent time on jobsites capturing progress, behind a computer building websites, behind a camera creating content, and at my kitchen table coming up with the next design or business idea.

I love the challenge of learning a business, figuring out what makes it different, and finding creative ways to communicate that to the right people.

Because marketing isn't just about making something pretty. It's about understanding what you're selling, who you're trying to reach, and why someone should choose you.

Having been the person responsible for running a business, not just marketing one, gives me a different perspective.

I understand that budgets matter. Time matters. Results matter. And sometimes you don't need a complicated marketing strategy. You need someone who can take an idea, run with it, and get the job done.

SO, WHY JAE CO. SERVICES?

Funny story. The name is intentionally a little vague.

And there's a reason for that. I have what some might call an entrepreneurial spirit. Others might call it a collection of harebrained ideas and an inability to sit still. Both are probably accurate.

For years, I've had ideas for different businesses, brands, products, services, and creative projects. And if you know me, you know that when I get an idea, there's a pretty good chance I'm going to figure out how to make it happen.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something.

Not every idea needs its own business name, logo, website, and social media account.

Shocking, I know.

So I created Jae Co. Services. A name broad enough to cover the creative work I do for clients, the businesses and brands I build for myself, and whatever new idea I come up with next. Because if there's one thing I can promise, it's that there will be another idea.

Jae Co. Services gives all those different projects a place to live under one umbrella. And honestly? It's probably the most organized way I've ever approached having a million things going on at once.

WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

Jae Co. Services brings together the creative work I love and the business experience I've earned.

Branding, websites, social media, photography, video, content creation, custom merchandise, marketing strategy, and plenty of things in between. I love being able to help someone take an idea that's been floating around in their head and turn it into something they can actually use.

Sometimes that's a complete brand launch. Sometimes it's a website refresh, a month of social media content, a custom design, or finally getting all the pieces of a business looking like they belong together. I don't believe every business needs the same services, the same strategy, or the same budget.

I believe in figuring out what makes sense and building from there.

One project. Ongoing support. Or the whole damn thing.

AND THEN THERE'S THE REST OF MY LIFE

Because as much as I love what I do, business is only one part of who I am.

I'm also a mom of five, which means my life is rarely quiet and almost never boring.

There are school schedules, activities, appointments, family adventures, laundry that apparently reproduces overnight, and a whole lot of real life happening between emails and deadlines.

Horses have been part of my world for as long as I can remember. They're still one of my biggest passions, and I don't imagine that ever changing.

I'm also a dog person, a DIY enthusiast, a lover of a good before-and-after, and someone who can look at just about anything and think, I could probably make something out of that.

I love photography, fashion, design, decorating, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to make ordinary things a little more interesting.

And yes, I'm usually working on more than one idea at a time.

Some people have hobbies. I have projects.

A FEW THINGS LIFE HAS TAUGHT ME

I've had some incredible experiences, built things I'm really proud of, and learned plenty of lessons the hard way.

Not every business idea works out exactly how you pictured it. Not every chapter lasts forever. And sometimes the next opportunity looks absolutely nothing like the plan you started with.

I've learned that being successful doesn't mean having everything figured out.

Sometimes it means being willing to change direction, learn something new, start over, or take a chance on yourself.

I've also learned how important it is to build a life that actually feels like yours.

For me, that means being able to do meaningful creative work, spend time with my kids, stay connected to the things I love, and keep working toward whatever big idea comes next.

I'm not interested in pretending that entrepreneurship is always glamorous. Sometimes it's exciting and rewarding. Sometimes it's a whole lot of trial, error, coffee, and figuring it out as you go.

But there's something pretty incredible about looking at something you've built and knowing you made it happen.

And I think that feeling is worth chasing.

WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS

I know how much goes into building a business.

I know that behind every logo, website, storefront, and social media page is a real person with ideas, goals, responsibilities, and probably a to-do list a mile long. That's why I care about creating work that's not only visually appealing but actually useful.

I want to understand your business, what you're trying to accomplish, and what makes you different.

I want you to feel excited about how your brand shows up in the world.

And I want the creative side of your business to feel a little less overwhelming.

Whether you're just getting started, reinventing something you've already built, or ready to take things to the next level, I love being part of that process.

STILL BUILDING. STILL CREATING. STILL FIGURING OUT WHAT'S NEXT.

If there's one thing I know about myself, it's that I'm probably never going to be someone who does just one thing.

And I'm perfectly okay with that.

Every business I've built, every industry I've worked in, every creative project I've taken on, and every chapter of life has brought something valuable to the table.

Jae Co. Services is where all of those experiences come together.

And I'm pretty excited to see where it goes.
